Our mission is to improve the human, social and economic conditions of the Latino and other minority communities through advocacy, education and supportive human services. Serving the poorest minority communities in Boston, El Centro del Cardenal values the richness of the cultural and spiritual heritage of the multi-ethnic people of the City, and builds upon this richness by utilizing an empowering and holistic approach to client needs.
